charlie goes to school, new haircut and march madness!

Charlie has had a busy past couple of days! We took off to Little Rock on Thursday after work and after Charlie got a new DO! He went to the groomer and got 2 inches cut off! He was getting a little shaggy and with the weather getting warmer it was time for a trim - more like Charlie got a crew cut! He looks so handsome!!

On Friday, we drove over to Brinkley so mom(or as Charlie calls her - Coco) could show off Charlie to all of her children at her school. She had told them all that she had a surprise for them and was she right! The kids went CRAZY! All we heard all day was - "that's a big dog!", "can we ride him?!", "he looks like a horse!" Charlie was on his very best behavior and let every child pet him. I posted a few pictures from his visit to the school!

Charlie has been busy watching basketball all weekend. Every time Robert and I would leave the house, we would leave it on the basketball tournament for him to watch - of course, that called for a new bandanna - one with BASKETBALLS!

Charlie has not felt very good today and has a few accidents around the house. We hope he gets better before we get in the car and head back to Fayetteville in the am or that could make for an interesting trip:)

dude's weekend

This past weekend, I had plans to go to Hot Springs to celebrate one of my best friends, Ashley's 25th birthday. Good thing this blog is all about CHARLIE because that would have been an interesting post! We had a great time, but I just can't recover like I use too.

SOOO....Charlie got to spend the entire weekend with Robert and I don't know who was more excited - Charlie or Robert! I was not so excited at first and was so upset to tell both of my boys tata for the weekend! BUT, they had the absolute BEST time. Robert got to show off Charlie to all of his friends and family in El Dorado. One of his friends referred to Charlie as the "Ferrari of dogs" because EVERYONE wants to see Charlie!! I posted a few pictures from Sunday when we reunited!

Charlie got groomed on Friday and I was so upset that I forgot to grab his Shamrock Bandana sooooo..Robert let Charlie wear this one and it was GREEN!

Boys will be boys! MOM...are we home yet!?! Charlie has a habit of getting in the front seat just about when we get to 540. This time, he laid his head on the dashboard, feet on the floor and booty in the seat. He is so SILLY!
